  • Helped develop competencies for Chevron including:
    • Developing their Upstream Workflow Transformation (UWT) on-boarding training strategy
    • Managing logistics for the 2012 UWT role-based, global training
    • Communication and coordination of courses
  • Designed a virtual-class evaluation plan and process for Schlumberger. This project included collaboration with human resources management to report on findings.
  • Designed and delivered management training programs for Chase Bank Texas, a $21 billion bank with over 9,000 employees. This training was delivered in both classroom and webcast formats.
  • Custom-designed and delivered priority management and project management programs for Fortune 100 oil and gas companies such as Shell Oil Company, Dynegy Corporation, and El Paso Energy. Trained more than 900 employees in these skills with evaluation rating scores of 4.85 out of a possible 5.00.
  • Facilitated a brainstorming session for more than 100 managers of a large chemical products company, which led to integration of diverse product lines.
  • Developed competency-based job descriptions for the entire Luminex organization. These descriptions were required and certified by ISO.
